At MexiGlam Artesanal, every piece is handcrafted by artisans and carefully inspected before shipping.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Color variations
- Natural variations or imperfections in handmade items
- Used or burned candles
- Items marked as final sale
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mexiglamartesanal@gmail.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
- Photos of the shipping label
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
