At MexiGlam Artesanal, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully packaged from Tucson, Arizona.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $70

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Handmade Products

Our candles and artisan goods are handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations in color, texture, shape, and finish are a natural part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mexiglamartesanal@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MexiGlam Artesanal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
